  • The categories of personal data concerned.
  • The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly recipients in third countries or international organisations.
  • Where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period.

You have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

  • You contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
  • The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead.
  • I no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
  • You have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR pending the verification whether my legitimate grounds override yours.

Right to Data Portability.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, where:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

Social Medias Data Collection.

Please note that I do not have access to or control over the data collected by these third-party platforms. For detailed information on how these platforms handle your data, please refer to their respective privacy policies:

Legal Basis for Data Processing.

The integration of social media content on my website is designed to enhance user experience and provide engaging content. However, the automatic loading of such content may result in the processing of personal data by third-party platforms. Under the GDPR and the German Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG), the storage and retrieval of information in the user’s terminal equipment require explicit consent. Therefore, I ensure that such content is only loaded after obtaining your explicit consent.

User Consent and Control.

To comply with data protection regulations, I implement a consent management system on my website. This system ensures that embedded social media content is only loaded after you have provided explicit consent. You have the right to:

  • Access Information: Request details about the personal data collected during your visit to my website.
  • Withdraw Consent: At any time, you can withdraw your consent for data processing by adjusting your preferences in my consent management tool.
  • Data Deletion: Request the deletion of personal data collected through embedded social media elements, subject to the data retention policies of the respective platforms.

Data Security Measures.

I prioritize the protection of your personal data and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard it. However, please be aware that once you interact with embedded social media content, the data handling practices of the respective platforms apply. I recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these platforms to understand how they manage your data.

By updating this section, I aim to provide transparency regarding the integration of social media elements on my website and to ensure compliance with current data protection laws.

Google Services.

This section outlines how F. Linhares UX/UI Design integrates Google services, including Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Google Fonts. It details data collection, processing, and user privacy measures in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Google Analytics.

Overview.

Our website utilises Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics employs cookies—small text files stored on your device—to analyse website usage. The information generated by these cookies about your use of the website is typically transmitted to and stored on Google servers.

IP Anonymisation.

To adhere to European data protection standards, I have activated IP anonymisation. This process truncates your IP address within EU member states or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission to Google. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server and shortened there.

Data Processing Agreement.

I have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Google to ensure that your data is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements. Google processes this information on my behalf to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage.

Legal Basis.

The use of Google Analytics is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which allows data processing with the user’s consent. I obtain your explicit consent before activating Google Analytics during your website visit.

Opt-Out Options.

You can prevent the collection of data generated by cookies related to your website use (including your IP address) by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at: Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Google Maps.

Overview.

Our website incorporates Google Maps, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to display interactive maps and provide location information. When you access a page with an embedded Google Map, your browser may transmit personal data, such as your IP address and location data, to Google.

Legal Basis.

The integration of Google Maps is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, relying on your consent. I ensure that Google Maps is only activated after you have provided explicit consent.

Data Processing Agreement.

I have a Data Processing Agreement with Google to ensure that your data is processed in compliance with GDPR standards.

Opt-Out Options.

If you prefer not to have your data processed by Google in connection with Google Maps, you can disable JavaScript in your browser settings. However, this may affect the functionality of my website.

Google Fonts.

Overview.

Our website uses Google Fonts to enhance visual presentation. Previously, fonts were fetched from Google servers, which involved transmitting your IP address to Google. To comply with GDPR requirements, I now host Google Fonts locally on my servers, eliminating the need to connect to Google servers and ensuring that no personal data is transmitted to Google.

Legal Basis.

The use of locally hosted fonts is based on my legitimate interest in providing a consistent and visually appealing website, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

External Links Disclaimer.

I may link to external websites. However, I am not responsible for their content or privacy policies. If I become aware of legal violations, I will remove such links immediately.
