Client Responsibilities
• Pricing (net): All prices in the MVP-Starter Web Design proposal are net and subject to an additional 19% German VAT. Billing is based on the tax regulations in effect at the time of invoicing.
• Timeframe: Paid plugins, Google Workspace tools, and similar third-party services are not included in MVP-Starter. Integration of such services can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Remote Delivery: All project work is performed entirely remotely. On-site appointments or physical deliveries are not part of the proposal unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• No Refund After Project Start: Once the project begins and payments are made, fees for individually delivered digital services are non-refundable. By confirming your booking, you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content already provided, in accordance with § 356, Section 5, German Civil Code.
• External Services: The standard project timeline is 2–8 business days after kick-off and receipt of down payment. If unforeseen circumstances arise, the timeline may be adjusted.

How fast can you launch?

Do I need hosting or a domain set up first?
Having already a domain and a hosting provider is helpful, but it is not required. We can set this up during the kick‑off and connect everything for go‑live.
I recommend CheckDomain for .com- oder .de-Domains. If you’re in the US, UK, or outside Europe, it’s recommended that you choose a local provider. Since the domain and hosting prices can be cheaper.
Is Elementor Pro required?
It is recommended for dynamic widgets, cleaner editing, and long-term scalability.
Do you work remotely and internationally?
Yes—I’m Frankfurt am Main‑based, remote worldwide; calls are booked and scheduled online. I am able to design MVP-websites in various levels of complexity in English (🇬🇧 🇺🇸), German (🇩🇪), and Portuguese (🇧🇷).
