Only clients with websites built on WordPress using Elementor or Elementor Pro are eligible. If your site is built on a different CMS, this service is not available.
What is the Weblink & Navigation Fix service?
Quick Overview:
Get expert assistance for updating hyperlinks, fixing broken URLs, repairing non-working buttons, and improving internal site navigation. Up to 25 broken links, buttons, or menu issues are covered.
You’ll receive:

How does the payment work?
Payment is collected in advance through Calendly, using either Stripe or PayPal.
Stripe Payments: Stripe will automatically calculate and add the 19% German VAT to the base price.
VAT Explanation: Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption tax required by law. If you’re located in Germany or the EU and don’t provide a VAT ID, this tax will apply.
Responsibility: The client is responsible for covering VAT if applicable.
No Refunds: As this is a digital content remote service, once booked and paid, no refunds are possible. By booking, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
What does "remote service" (digital content) mean?
This service is completed exclusively online, without any physical interaction. All communication, access, and delivery is handled remotely, and the end product is a digital improvement of your website (content, structure, and links). You will receive confirmation of completion along with a report.

Who will perform this service?
All tasks will be performed by experienced freelancers from F. Linhares’s international team, with a background in WordPress, Elementor, and front-end development. After completion, F. Linhares personally performs a QA (Quality Assurance) check before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
Why do I have to provide access and a login to my website?
Because we are working on your live site, we need full backend access to apply and verify fixes.
You should create a temporary admin account with a password you choose.
This ensures access to menus, buttons, templates, and Elementor’s structure.
Without access, we cannot begin or deliver the service.
Why is there a free consultation call before the service starts for new clients?
If you’re a new client, we schedule a 15-minute onboarding video call before starting.
Purpose:

Build trust before accessing your backend
This ensures smooth communication and targeted delivery of results.
What is ‘QA and Report in a spreadsheet’?
After the fix is complete:
F. Linhares runs a manual QA to check that all updated links work correctly
A spreadsheet report is shared with you via email, listing:

Where it was found
The corrected URL or target
This keeps your records transparent and easy to follow.
What are permanent fixes for internal links?
Using Elementor Pro, we apply dynamic internal linking instead of static URLs. This means:
Links won’t break when you change your domain or site structure
You’ll have long-term navigation stability
Fewer maintenance issues later on
Why are there no refunds?
This is a non-refundable digital content service, which begins immediately after booking.
By booking, you agree to:

Once access is granted and work has started, refunds are legally not applicable.
What is 19% VAT for German clients?
If you’re in Germany (or the EU without a valid VAT ID), a 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) is required by law and automatically added to your payment via Stripe or PayPal.
Example:
Base Price: €100
VAT (19%): €19
Total charged: €119
Businesses with a registered VAT ID may deduct this as an input tax.
Can I book this service directly with F. Linhares?
No.
Bookings can only be made via Calendly using the official links provided.
F. Linhares does not take private bookings — this ensures:
